Lady Gaga surprised her London fans outside the Lanesborough Hotel on Saturday.Wearing a see-through suit and a gold jacket, the singer greeted her patiently-waiting little monsters by throwing flowers and passing out biscuits. She then stopped to sign some autographs and pose for pictures.
“I really appreciate how you guys have been so supportive,” said Gaga in a video message to fans earlier today. “Waiting outside the hotel and all the lovely notes that you’ve been sending me… It really, really means the world to me.”
